ForRest Wellness Spa was created with a purpose far beyond relaxation. Located in West Branch, Michigan, ForRest Wellness Spa is a space where healing, renewal, and community come together. Our mission is to help guests feel restored in mind, body, and spirit through intentional wellness experiences including massage therapy, advanced med-facials, clean nail services, naturopath therapy ,body treatments, and holistic self-care services.

At the same time, ForRest Wellness Spa was built to be a place of opportunity—providing a supportive environment for new entrepreneurs to build their businesses, collaborate, and thrive. We believe community is strengthened when local businesses support one another, and we are committed to pouring into West Branch and surrounding areas through partnerships with wellness providers, restaurants, and service-based businesses.

We proudly feature Michigan-made tinctures, balms, and products from local makers, and we incorporate seasonal touches such as in-season fruits for our guests. Even our spa atmosphere reflects our love for Michigan, featuring nature-inspired music from a Michigan artist.

Bridgette Allen is a licensed massage therapist and a seven-time award winner hailing from the beautiful region of Northern Michigan. With a wealth of experience garnered from her time in wellness clinics, five-star resorts, and chiropractic offices, she successfully opened three spas located in the charming towns of Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Bay Harbor prior to her recent relocation. In the year 2024, Bridgette re-married and made the significant move to West Branch, where she established ForRest Wellness Spa, a place dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in the health, wellness, and beauty sectors, fostering a community of holistic well-being.

As a seasoned therapist with an impressive 17 years of experience, Bridgette specializes in therapeutic massage, which is designed to promote overall wellness and rehabilitation for her clients. She employs a diverse array of certified modalities, expertly integrating techniques such as hot stone, Thai, Swedish, sports recovery, structural integration, therapeutic, lymphatic drainage, cupping, pregnancy, and myofascial release, among others. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of her guests, ensuring a personalized experience that enhances both physical and mental health.
